Week 2
Great to be back at school - love my new class!
20 boys and 8 girls ... a challenge to establish the key competencies in a format that is positive and successful for all the students.
Have a teacher aid for 1 1/2 hours each morning to assist with Riley - who has learning needs as yet not fully diagnosed. (Not officially diagnosed by a peadiatrician)
Have several rambuncious boys who work well with very firm and clear boundaries.
We are really enjoying writing - it is exciting to see eeveryone embracing the new year and being very keen to get learning underway.
Week 3
Systems beginning to be more in place. One child has moved into room 11 so now have 27 children all up.
